Intellectual Property

1. Ownership of Content   All content, features, and functionality on this website—including but not limited to all text, original artwork, graphics, images, photographs, audio, video, designs, logos, slogans, and software (collectively referred to as the "Content")—are the exclusive intellectual property of Nicholas Papas (the "Owner"). The Content is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

2. Limited License to Use   The Owner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the website and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not transfer any right, title, or interest in the Content to you.

3. Prohibited Uses   Except as expressly authorized in writing by the Owner, you agree that you will not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content.

  • Use any Content for commercial purposes, including selling, licensing, or using the imagery or text to promote an external product, service, or brand.

  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from this site.

  • Use automated tools (such as robots, spiders, scrapers, or AI data-mining tools) to harvest, scrape, or extract data or Content from the website.

4. Requests for Permission   If you wish to use, license, or feature any Content from this website for purposes outside of personal, non-commercial viewing, you must obtain prior express written permission from the Owner. You can submit requests by contacting the owner. Granting permission is entirely at the Owner's discretion.

5. Intellectual Property Enforcement   The Owner takes intellectual property theft seriously. Any unauthorized use of the Content constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. The Owner reserves the right to seek all legal and equitable remedies available under the law, including but not limited to the issuance of DMCA takedown notices, seeking monetary damages, and filing formal legal injunctions.
